Institutional Role: APD Global Trade operates as a Global Trade Facilitator and Sourcing Partner. We are NOT the buyer, broker, or agent for any trade transaction. We provide the digital infrastructure, verified buyer intelligence, and networking environment to enable direct trade.
NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME:
APD Global Trade DOES NOT GUARANTEE confirmed sales, specific conversion rates, or a guaranteed number of buyer orders. We bring the opportunities (verified inquiries) to your desk; the execution, negotiation, and finalization of the trade depend entirely on the Buyer's competence, pricing, and product quality.
1. Zero Commission & Trade Specialist Support: Our core operational motto is No Middlemen and Zero Commission. APD Global Trade charges no commission on independent trade deals closed by the Member. However, should the Member explicitly request dedicated, step-by-step guidance from an APD Trade Specialist to assist with negotiations and deal closure, a nominal service fee of 1% commission on the finalized deal value will apply.
2. Verification: Failure to provide authentic PAN/IEC/GST details will lead to immediate de-activation.
3. Data Integrity: Buyer information is proprietary. Reselling or third-party distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Trade Competency: Member confirms they possess the financial/logistical capacity to fulfill listed inquiries.
