Validity: This membership is strictly valid for 1 Year from the date of onboarding.
Fixed Price: The membership is offered at a fixed price of $2,500 USD (or equivalent local currency).
Strictly Non-Refundable: All payments made towards the Verified Buyer Membership are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
No Guarantee of Closure: APD Global Trade’s obligation is to provide you with verified exporter contacts and facilitate introductions. We do not guarantee that you will secure the exact product, price, or successfully close a trade.
Dual Privileges: If you wish to operate as both a Buyer and a Seller, you must upgrade to the APD Global Trade Nexus™ Plan.
Data Accuracy: I hereby declare that all KYC documents, statutory registrations, and company details submitted during the onboarding process are true, valid, and up-to-date. I understand that misrepresentation will lead to immediate de-listing.
Authorized Engagement: I am fully authorized by my company/firm to obtain membership on the APD Global Trade platform for the purposes of international trading and promotion.
Performance Understanding: I have read the APD Institutional Trade Policy and the Performance Disclaimer. I acknowledge that APD Global Trade provides intelligence and networking infrastructure but DOES NOT GUARANTEE specific sales, confirmed orders, or buyer response rates.
Zero Side-Dealing: I agree to maintain institutional integrity and will not attempt to resell or distribute buyer contact information to third parties. All data provided is for the sole use of my registered company.
Zero Commission & Trade Specialist Support: I understand that APD Global Trade's core motto is No Middlemen and Zero Commission. However, if I explicitly request dedicated end-to-end assistance from an APD Trade Specialist to guide me through negotiations, documentation, and deal closure, I agree to a nominal service fee of 1% commission on the finalized deal.
Operational Competency: I declare that my company has the logistical and financial capacity to fulfill export orders for the commodities I have listed in my profile.
Communication Consent: I give full consent to be contacted via WhatsApp, Email, and Phone by verified institutional partners regarding trade inquiries and platform updates.
By signing this document or checking the agreement box on the registration portal, you legally bind yourself and your company to the Institutional Terms of Service of APD Global Trade.
