APD Global Trade operates as an elite B2B trade facilitation platform. The ₹59,000 Trial Membership (and other premium tiers) are non-refundable once the institutional verification (KYC/AML) process has commenced.
Since our primary value is the immediate provision of verified buyer data and RFQs, no refunds are issued once digital access to the buyer database has been granted to your corporate entity.
Members may choose not to renew their 3-month or annual access at any time. There is no auto-renewal without express written consent. Your access will remain active until the last day of your current paid term.
In the event of accidental duplicate payments due to gateway lag, we will reverse the duplicate charge within 5-7 business days of verification.
