1. Nature of Service

APD Global Trade is a B2B sourcing and trade facilitation platform. We connect verified buyers with suitable suppliers and provide access to buyer RFQs.

We are not a buyer, seller, broker, or logistics provider.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before entering into any trade, commercial agreement, or transaction.

3. Service Delivery / Shipping Policy

APD Global Trade provides digital services only.

We do not sell or ship physical goods. There is no physical delivery or logistics involved.

All services including RFQ access, buyer contact unlock, and sourcing support are delivered electronically and activated immediately after successful payment.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services offered by APD Global Trade are digital in nature and are activated instantly after payment.

• No refunds once service access has been granted
• No cancellations after payment confirmation
• All payments are final and non-refundable

By completing payment, the user acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways including:

• Razorpay (India)
• PayPal (International)

APD Global Trade does not store card, bank, or UPI details.

6. Limitation of Liability

APD Global Trade shall not be liable for:

• Trade disputes between buyers and suppliers
• Non-performance of contracts
• Financial losses or damages
• Quality, delivery, or payment issues

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
