Phase 1: Buyer Institutional Verification (KYB)

Before any Buyer RFQ is published to our Syndicate, the procuring entity must pass a stringent multi-point verification protocol. This ensures our suppliers only dedicate resources to capitalized, legitimate buyers.

Corporate Registry Cross-Check: Verification of business registration in the buyer's local jurisdiction.
Financial Capability Scan: Verification of history or capacity to handle the requested volume (Letters of Credit / Escrow capacity).
Identity Authentication: Direct verification of the procurement officer or director placing the global order.

Phase 2: Elite Supplier Vetting

We do not operate an open directory. APD Global Trade strictly controls supplier admission to maintain the absolute highest standard of product delivery.

Export License (IEC) Verification: Mandatory verification of active export authority.
Production Capacity Audit: Documentary proof of supply chain capability (warehousing, manufacturing, or direct farming collectives).
Quality Certification Check: Verification of global standards (ISO, HACCP, SGS Inspection reports) where applicable.

Phase 3: The Zero-Tolerance Mandate

APD Global Trade enforces a lethal operational standard against bad actors. Any member found engaging in bait-and-switch pricing, providing forged shipping documents, or demonstrating systemic failure to execute contracts is permanently blacklisted globally.
